This dual-axis MEMS gyroscope features proprietary MEMS technology combined with drive pickup circuitry, temperature sensing, digital signal processing, and specialized software. It provides real-time measurement of angular rates along two horizontal axes, delivering compensated angular rate data via RS-422 serial interface.
