Two Axis MEMS Gyroscope with Built-in Compensation
This dual-axis gyroscope assembly is a precision angular rate sensor featuring a domestic MEMS gyroscope with independent intellectual property rights. The integrated system includes drive pickup circuitry, temperature sensor, digital signal processing, and mechanical structure. It provides real-time measurement of two horizontal axial angular rates, outputting compensated data via RS-422 serial communication with comprehensive error correction for temperature, misalignment, nonlinearity, and zero offset.
Designed for demanding applications, this compact and lightweight sensor offers exceptional robustness against environmental factors including mechanical impact and electromagnetic interference. Ideal for attitude control in stabilized sighting systems and satellite communication antenna control applications.
